The investor of the Golden Palace A project complex is rushing to launch the project's facilities construction which is including a park land and a school. At the same time, The Matrix One luxury apartment complex is also under construction. The infrastructure of this project complex is expected to be built in the third quarter of 2020

The 14ha Park, which is opposite the Matrix One project developed by MIK Group, is expected to be started in the third quarter of 2020. Along with that, the International Inter-Level School is expected to break ground in early 2021. Due to an unconfirmed report, the investor is rushing all the paper work procedures in order to prepare the implementation on schedule.

The Matrix One project developed by MIK Group is planned on a total area of ​​398,191 m2, including a theme park of 144,140 m2 (including 25,187m2 of water surface); HH1 mixed zone with an area of ​​13,172 m2 (including 2,814 m2 of green land) to build commercial floors, offices, hotels, apartments for rent; HH2 mixed zone (area of ​​15,410 m2 including 4,568 m2 of green land) building 44-storey luxury apartment tower and 5-storey shop house series; TT area of ​​10,477 m2 built 28 single-family houses and 4-storey duplex. The area reserve for preschool and inter-school is 15,756 m2.

The Matrix One project has been relaunching since 2019. This project located in the "golden land" where the new Ministry of Foreign Affairs is located next to, but that is not all, its coordinate including the main roads of Le Quang Dao, Me Tri and Chau Van Liem. The Matrix One has the advantage of owning a direct view of the F1 Vietnam Grand Prix race track; Inheriting the area's infrastructure such as Mariot Hotel, National Convention Center, My Dinh Stadium...

Real estate websites shown that this project is sold at prices from 49 million VND/m2, those two 44-storey towers are being urgently built in the 17th floor currently and possible to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Inside the more than 14 hectares park land there is a 2.5 hectare widen harmonic lake located right opposite the project and a multi-purpose house complex. As planned, a separate tunnel will be built over, connecting from the project to the park, helping residents fully enjoy all the park's facilities such as: multi-purpose house, international standard jogging track, a link of outdoor exercise machine, yoga site, children's play area, basketball court, flower garden, trees.
